We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the definition and mobilisation of Wave 2 of a ServiceNow Next Generation Programme, building on lessons learned from Wave 1 and setting the programme up for successful future delivery.
Working as part of the programme leadership team, you will shape a clear, deliverable scope, delivery model and governance approach for Wave 2, aligned to organisational priorities and operational needs. You will establish a credible plan, resource model and financial position to support approval and mobilisation.
A key focus of the role is to strengthen delivery confidence, reduce risk and improve scalability and sustainability. You will operate at senior level, driving engagement across business, digital, and supplier teams, coordinating cross-functional activity spanning technology, data, testing and business change. The role provides assurance through clear oversight of risks, dependencies, finances and delivery readiness, reporting to senior governance forums.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Wave 2 programme definition, scope, planning and governance
- Translate lessons learned into a robust and deliverable Wave 2 design
- Drive senior stakeholder and supplier engagement
- Maintain RAID, financial oversight and delivery assurance
- Prepare programme papers, recommendations and updates for governance boards
- Embed benefits, transition and service readiness into early design
- Foster strong delivery discipline, collaboration and momentum
- Proven Programme Management experience on large-scale digital/IT programmes
- Higher Education sector experience (essential)
- Strong governance, financial and stakeholder management capability
- Experience leading complex, multi-supplier environments
- ServiceNow programme experience highly advantageous.
