What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor a growing development team whilst remaining hands-on.
  • Modernise and replatform a legacy application.
  • Build and enhance backend services, RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with product, UI/UX and delivery teams to deliver intuitive, future-ready features.
  • Define engineering best practices, architectural patterns and coding standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong full-stack developer with hands-on experience across multiple programming languages.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring developers.
  • Legacy migration experience (essential).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, integration patterns and backend architecture.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
