We are looking for a number of skilled Delivery Leads to guide and develop our clients' agile delivery team within their product departments. You will provide clear oversight of product delivery, remove obstacles, champion best practice, and ensure we deliver valuable digital solutions that support our students, staff, and world-class research. This role is ideal for someone who loves enabling teams to do their best work, bringing clarity to complex environments, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and support Delivery Managers to create a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Provide real-time delivery insight, supporting the Head of Product with strategic oversight.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, acting as a key point of escalation and unblocker.
- Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Coordinate sprint planning, schedules and resources to drive efficient, value-focused delivery.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, contributing to governance and decision-making.
