Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in a large-scale software implementation project.

- Expertise in various testing types, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) and Over The Counter (OTC) Clearing, is a plus.
