We are supporting a major public sector organisation leading innovation in digital services. The team is driving adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, a transformative AI-powered toolset that supports thousands of users across the organisation. You will work to deliver projects that enable effective use of M365 Copilot and related technologies. The team is focused on addressing key problem statements, scaling adoption and integrating new generative AI features into the organisation's digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery plans for Copilot and Microsoft 365 projects.
- Develop and maintain accurate project plans and RAID logs.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across digital and non-digital areas.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate progress and value to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage vendor relationships and act as an escalation point for technical queries.
- Support strategic decisions on scaling Copilot adoption and optimising licence management.
- Proven experience in digital project management, delivering end-to-end lifecycle projects.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build momentum through influence.
- Demonstrates resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Brings experience delivering projects within government or similar large-scale organisations.
- Understands Microsoft 365 and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to adapt to evolving features.
