Job Title: Reporting Lead
Location: Reading/Havant /Thatcham
Mode of working: Hybrid (2 to 3 Days in the Office)
Duration: 6+ Months contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting workstream.
- To deliver the Day One Reporting Catalogue and any other Reporting needs identified and managed into scope through Change Requests in line with the Reporting Strategy and the HCM Project Plan.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and ensure the necessary feeds and support are provided into report delivery
- Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection workstreams as required to ensure the security of data throughout all phases of the project.

- Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
- Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
- Strong understanding of reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and previous experiences of legacy tools such as OBIEE
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
