A global payments organisation is currently seeking a Regulatory Change Manager to join them on a contract basis in London. The role is initially until the end of 2026, with a view to extend beyond this.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience delivering regulatory change within a financial services organisation
- Experience creating frameworks for regulatory change to be delivered
- Knowledge and experience of control implementation
- Knowledge and experience of working within payments would be highly beneficial
- Comfortable working across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology and 1LoD teams
- Able to balance regulatory defensibility with pragmatic delivery
- Practical delivery management, including planning, issue resolution and dependency tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
