Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Project Administrator, a 12-month contract based onsite at our clients' offices in Peterhead (north of Aberdeen). £18.00 an hour Umbrella set up.
Snapshot of the role:
- Register visitors to the Offices, greeting visitors and new starters on site.
- Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries.
- Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
- Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.
Ideally, we are looking for the following experience:
- Has excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Is competent using Microsoft Office packages and has a flair for picking up new IT systems.
- Has good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Has an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, be able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.
