Inside of IR35 / initial 3 - 6 months £375 - £400 a day. Hybrid working between home and an office in Edinburgh (2 - 3 days a week onsite).
The role will manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, support stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Scottish procurement legislation and policy.
Main Duties
- Undertake complete end‑to‑end procurement process from initial conception to contract award.
- Leading the development, planning and implementation of strategies for procurements optimising value for money.
- Active supplier management and customer engagement during the contract lifecycle.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience in a public sector procurement role in Scotland.
- Strong working knowledge of Scottish procurement legislation and governance.
- Experience using PCS / PCS‑Tender systems.
- Proven ability to manage regulated procurements from strategy to contract award.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple procurements and priorities effectively.
