We are seeking an experienced Organisation & Workforce Development Adviser to support the delivery of initiatives that develop workforce capability, engagement, wellbeing, and organisational performance.
Working closely with senior OWD colleagues, you will design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes, support leadership and management development, coordinate corporate induction activity, and provide workforce development advice to managers and staff.
A key focus of the role will be supporting the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing digital skills development initiatives, enhancing the corporate induction programme, and developing engaging and accessible learning resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of organisation and workforce development programmes.
- Coordinate and continuously improve induction, learning and development activities.
- Support leadership and management development initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of the new LMS.
- Lead and support digital skills development programmes.
- Develop learning resources and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Provide advice and support to managers and colleagues.
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational change projects.
About You
- Experience in learning & development, organisational development, workforce development, or HR.
- Experience using learning management systems and digital learning tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce capability initiatives is desirable.
