Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Organisation & Workforce Development Adviser to support the delivery of initiatives that develop workforce capability, engagement, wellbeing, and organisational performance.

The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes, and supporting leadership and management development.

You will coordinate corporate induction activities, oversee the LMS implementation, and develop accessible learning resources.
