Data Performance Analyst to join the team and support the measurement, analysis and continuous improvement of digital services. Working closely with developers, testers, user researchers and stakeholders to turn data and user behaviour into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
Key skills and responsibilities,
- Develop performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, goals and benefits.
- Analyse digital service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Extract, transform and analyse data using SQL.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, CIP or similar.
- Analyse user behaviour, including completion rates, bounce rates, returning users, exit pages and errors.
- Present insights and recommendations through regular Playbacks.
- Support Discovery, Alpha and private beta assessments.
- Work collaboratively with developers, testers, user researchers and stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Use Splunk to monitor and investigate service performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL and automated dashboard development.
