We're looking for a strategic, people‑focused Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams and shape the future of technology delivery. This is a senior leadership role, focused on driving performance, building high‑performing teams and partnering closely with executive stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach and develop Engineering Managers and QA leaders across multiple teams
- Own delivery outcomes, ensuring predictability, quality and alignment to strategic goals
- Drive organisational planning, workforce strategy and engineering scalability
- Partner with Product, Architecture and global stakeholders internationally
- Embed modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps and quality engineering
- Lead performance management, succession planning and talent development

- Proven experience leading engineering organisations through managers
- Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and engineering cultures
- Experience managing budgets, resource planning and organisational design
