Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to support an Agile Delivery Enablement Team and help drive a Β£180m transformation programme within the public sector. You will begin within the Programme Team, shaping ways of working and delivery frameworks, before moving into hands-on product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy across all Live Services
- Ensure alignment with GDS principles and consistent product practices
- Drive improvements in Agile delivery and ways of working
- Support programme-level planning, prioritisation, and roadmap development
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor Product Managers
Experience
- Strong track record as a Lead/Senior Product Manager in complex environments
- Deep Agile and digital product expertise
- Experience in large transformation programmes
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
