Location: Mostly remote, with travel to Milton Keynes for key milestones.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to support an Agile Delivery Enablement Team and help drive a Β£180m transformation programme within the public sector. You will begin within the Programme Team, shaping ways of working and delivery frameworks, before moving into hands-on product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy across all Live Services
  • Ensure alignment with GDS principles and consistent product practices
  • Drive improvements in Agile delivery and ways of working
  • Support programme-level planning, prioritisation, and roadmap development
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers

Experience

  • Strong track record as a Lead/Senior Product Manager in complex environments
  • Deep Agile and digital product expertise
  • Experience in large transformation programmes
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
