We're working with a large, well-known UK organisation undergoing a major transformation of its digital learning offering, with a focus on building a next-generation adaptive learning platform powered by AI and personalised content. This is a key opportunity for a Product Lead to lead discovery and shape the future of how educational content is delivered to learners across the UK.

The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving product discovery and defining the evolution of a widely used learning platform, with an emphasis on Primary education. A core part of the role will be leading rapid discovery initiatives, exploring how the platform can better support primary-aged learners through prototyping, concept testing, and continuous validation, ensuring a clear path to value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading continuous discovery to shape product direction and prioritisation
  • Defining and delivering pedagogically aligned, personalised content experiences
  • Running rapid prototyping and concept testing to validate ideas quickly
  • Driving the development of engaging, gamified experiences that motivate younger learners
  • Collaborating closely with design, engineering, data and stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of AI-driven personalisation at scale

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within digital, ideally EdTech or consumer platforms
  • Experience working with primary schools or products for primary-aged children
  • Track record delivering engaging, personalised or gamified digital experiences
  • Strong experience working in a continuous discovery environment
  • Ability to lead discovery that drives measurable value and product outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in complex, stakeholder-rich environments
