We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Corporate Finance to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development of the corporate finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership and management of the Corporate Finance team alongside Directors and Partners
  • Lead and project manage corporate finance engagements, ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standards
  • Take ownership of project execution, identifying and resolving issues ahead of Partner review
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and strategic objectives
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing service lines
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into Corporate Finance engagements
  • Play an active role in business development, proposals, and marketing initiatives
  • Promote and support cross‑selling opportunities across the firm

Team & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Conduct performance management, appraisals, and training
  • Provide coaching and guidance to support team member's career development
  • Act as a role model, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture
  • Deliver clear, constructive, and timely feedback

Required Experience & Skills

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant experience
  • Strong experience within a Corporate Finance / Transactions environment
  • Proven project management and leadership experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across corporate finance activities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Capital Markets transactions and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Track record in business development and client relationship management
