Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support across End-user computing, Mac, Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
You'll lead on complex issues, manage macOS (primarily) and Windows environments, support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune), and drive continuous service improvements.
This role suits someone technically strong, comfortable working autonomously and someone who can bring modern ways of working to the team to automate, where possible, and to drive efficiencies across their TechOps function.
The aim of the role is to provide exceptional support while upskilling permanent team members, improving working practices, deploying automation and process improvement across the TechOps team.
