We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a fast-paced digital programme, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to help shape and deliver enhancements within a

Dynamics 365 CRM environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career BA with strong requirements-gathering skills and experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and maintain user stories, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and ready for development.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist with testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and defect management.
  • Help validate solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support documentation and process mapping as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment.
