We are supporting a leading banking organisation in the search for a Head of Tribe Tech - Payments to lead the technology and delivery agenda across a complex payments landscape. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving a portfolio of strategic payments programmes, shaping technology strategy, and delivering large-scale transformation across electronic payments platforms and services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technology strategy and delivery roadmap for the Payments function.
- Drive the successful execution of multiple large-scale payments transformation programmes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align strategic objectives and delivery priorities.
- Manage technology delivery governance, budgets, risk, compliance, and resource planning.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across technology, change, and delivery functions.
- Ensure the successful delivery of regulatory, scheme-driven, and strategic payments initiatives.
- Collaborate across business units to manage dependencies and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.
