Partnered with a London-based client who are searching for a Dynamics 365 Developer responsible for supporting the development, customisation and enhancement of existing Dynamics 365 solutions while leveraging the full Power Platform ecosystem to deliver comprehensive business solutions. The client is open to fully remote working for UK-based candidates.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customisations within Dynamics 365 (Custom Customer Service).
- Build and maintain solutions across the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Configure, customise, and optimise Dynamics 365 environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing D365 implementations.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and solution architecture documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 development and customisation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience across the Power Platform:
- Power Apps (Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate (flows and complex workflow automation)
- Proficiency in C# for plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure Functions.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, and data models.
- Experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customisations.
- Ability to create and manage custom entities, fields, views, and forms.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and data integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
