Business Analyst (Granular Process Analysis and To-be Mapping) – 6 months – Hybrid

Core Focus: Supporting the Senior BA by diving deep into the daily operations of the business to uncover exactly how work is currently being done.

Key Challenge: Identifying, investigating, and documenting the myriad of offline workarounds and "shadow IT" (such as manual tracking spreadsheets, Google Forms, and "picture diaries") currently used by editorial desks to bypass the legacy system.

Ideal Profile: Meticulous attention to detail with strong proficiency in process modelling (e.g., Level 1 and Level 2 flows in Lucidchart/Visio). Must be able to translate messy real‑world workarounds and complex edge cases into structured functional requirements.

Desirable Industry Experience for Both Roles: While strong BA fundamentals in legacy system replacement are the priority, domain knowledge in media, publishing, digital rights management, syndication, or complex global financial/payroll implementations will be highly advantageous.
