Application Engineer | London| Hybrid
Salary: £60k-£80k + 20% bonus + £10.5k guaranteed bonus + 14% pension
I'm working with a global Investment Management firm looking for an Application Engineer to join their Europe FAS Engineering team.
Purpose of the Role
You'll build and enhance digital platforms that power client onboarding and customer journeys across Europe, working across modern frontend, backend, cloud and AI-assisted technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong Angular, Java & Spring Boot & Node.js experience
- AWS knowledge - Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, EC2
- Experience with CI/CD & automated testing
- Hands-on use of AI/LLM tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot
- Ability to own features end-to-end and work with distributed teams.
- Experience working with financial services, customer facing digital platforms, product environment, KYC or highly regulated firms.
