Infrastructure Analyst

We're working with a highly respected professional services organisation undergoing an exciting technology transformation programme. As part of continued investment in infrastructure and cloud services, they're looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to their IT Operations team.
This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies across Azure, VMware, networking, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, supporting both business‑critical operations and strategic technology projects.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting and maintaining core infrastructure services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Contributing to cloud, infrastructure and application projects.
- Working closely with service delivery, project and architecture teams.
- Supporting disaster recovery, high availability and business continuity initiatives.
- Driving automation and continuous improvement across the technology estate.
Skills & Experience
- Strong VMware administration experience.
- Microsoft Azure and Entra ID knowledge.
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file services.
- Networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience of monitoring tools and infrastructure support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700).
- Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.
- Automation and PowerShell.
- Cyber security awareness.
- Experience with modern networking technologies.
