Harvey Nash are working with a growing digital consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design of modern, secure and scalable data solutions for complex client environments.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience defining enterprise‑level data architectures for multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of data lakes and data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud data migrations
- Excellent data modelling skills (ER models, datamarts, data dictionaries, ELT/ETL)
- Strong understanding of data governance, security and role‑based access control
- Confident, client‑facing communicator with a pragmatic delivery mindset
What you'll be doing:
- Designing data architectures aligned to enterprise data and technical strategies
- Creating and maintaining core architecture artefacts and data standards
- Owning architectural decisions and rationale with senior stakeholders
- Analysing data sources, APIs and legacy systems (including reverse‑engineering models)
- Supporting Agile delivery, engineering teams, integrations and testing
