The Role
Azure‑first, platform‑focused role, working on shared cloud services rather than individual applications. You will be part of a long‑term cloud journey, supporting and improving critical infrastructure in a mature, change‑controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day operation and improvement of a central Azure cloud platform, covering monitoring, incident response, automation, and platform reliability.
- Senior hires will mentor others and drive improvements across the platform.
What you’ll be working with
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS / PaaS)
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Kubernetes and containerised platforms
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions or similar
- Monitoring, alerting, and incident response tooling
- L2/L3 on‑call support within a 24/7 rota
