Initially, you'll spend your time delivering practical support and stabilising the environment, while gradually taking ownership of IT operations, service management and long-term planning. You will be instrumental in shaping a modern, professional internal IT department - from service desk implementation to infrastructure optimisation and future roadmap creation.
