We are seeking an experienced Interim People Partner to provide hands-on HR support during a period of organisational change. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong Employee Relations expertise and proven change management experience.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role, ideally in an interim or contract capacity.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Employee Relations, including complex case management.
- Demonstrable experience supporting change management initiatives.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Food Industry is added advantage.
