We are seeking an experienced Interim People Partner to provide hands-on HR support during a period of organisational change. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong Employee Relations expertise and proven change management experience.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role, ideally in an interim or contract capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Employee Relations, including complex case management.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting change management initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Food Industry is added advantage.
