We're Hiring: Head of People / HR Manager
We're looking for a confident and people-focused Head of People / HR Manager to take ownership of key people matters and provide trusted HR guidance across the business.
Location: Leicester
Working Model: Hybrid-3 Days a week
Contract: 3 Months Contract
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Proven experience handling complex ER cases
- Experience with disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
- Confident advising managers and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
- Experience with Food/FMCG/ Manufacturing exp is must
