Experienced Integration Delivery Manager required to support a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation within a complex corporate environment. Working across HR, IT, SI partners and third parties, you will coordinate integration design, build, testing and deployment, ensuring delivery aligns to programme milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Manage integration delivery across design, build, testing and deployment
- Maintain documentation and track progress against HCM milestones
- Support reporting, risk management and assurance activities
- Engage with stakeholders, SI partners and third-party suppliers
- 5+ years' Project/Delivery Management experience
- Strong digital transformation background (Waterfall / PRINCE2)
- Oracle HCM expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, MSP, Power BI, O36
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-focused and solution-oriented
- Able to operate in fast-paced, matrix environments
