- Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), SIEM, Logging & Monitoring and Security Operations to support a major cyber security and resilience programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of cyber security initiatives across CTI, Monitoring, Detection and Security Operations.
- Provide cyber security subject matter expertise to support the implementation of key controls across endpoint security, vulnerability management, secure configuration, access management and device compliance.
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, milestones and governance reporting.
- Produce technical and executive-level status reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate cyber, infrastructure, technology and supplier teams.
- Support the implementation of SIEM, Splunk, sandbox environments and threat intelligence capabilities.
- Drive remediation, compliance and cyber resilience activities.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Cyber Delivery Lead, Security Programme Lead or Cyber Project Manager.
- Strong SME knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk preferred), Logging & Monitoring and Security Operations.
- Experience implementing cyber security tools, controls and threat detection capabilities.
- Strong technical reporting, stakeholder management and governance skills.
- Experience managing RAID logs, budgets, delivery plans and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Desirable
- Cyber Essentials, CAF, ECAF or security compliance programmes.
- SOC, Threat Hunting or Vulnerability Management experience.
- Experience within regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
