We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of critical ICT projects across a complex public sector estate. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for ensuring projects are fully resourced, logically planned, and delivered on time.
  • Manage risks and issues, report progress to PMO and boards, oversee finances, and ensure third-party suppliers meet their obligations.
  • Support change management, communications, and smooth transitions into operational service.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programmes, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong experience with MS Project, programme reporting, and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with public sector or local government environments is desirable.

Contract details

  • Location: Glasgow - hybrid working
  • Rate: £500/day Outside IR35
  • Duration: 1 October 2025 - 31 March 2026 (with possible extension)
  • Clearance: Standard Disclosure required
