We're recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a global energy and engineering organisation, supporting a busy HVDC Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys providing high‑level administrative and operational support.
Location: Glasgow (90%) & Birmingham (10%) – 100% office‑based
Duration: 4 months contract + extension
Mode of working: 5 Days Onsite at Glasgow
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, events and take meeting minutes.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Support onboarding, training coordination and team administration.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and documentation.
- Manage procurement of IT equipment, PPE and office supplies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Coordinator.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
