We are seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the ongoing operational management and optimisation of cloud services across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on service performance, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring cloud platforms are stable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day service delivery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Monitor and report on service performance, availability, and SLAs/OLAs
- Act as a key point of contact between cloud engineering, service management, and business stakeholders
- Manage and maintain incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL
- Produce regular service reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics
- Track and manage service risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Support supplier/vendor management, ensuring contractual service commitments are met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance frameworks
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management / IT Operations role
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a live service environment
- Experience working within ITIL-based service management frameworks
- Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
