Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates with experience of Oracle HCM/Fusion to apply for the contract role of Test Analyst.
Inside of IR35/Umbrella only. £400 - £469 a day. Hybrid working between an office in Reading (2 days a week), our client does have other offices available throughout the UK.
Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience with HCM HR Modules including payroll, workforce scheduling, absence, OTL, Core HR etc.
Ideally candidates will have the following experience:
- Able to understand processes and requirements to then write test cases and test scripts.
- Produce accurate estimates for those test cases and test scripts.
- Executing tests, and report on progress as required.
- Raise defects with relevant information for effective debugging and root cause analysis.
- Display a good understanding of testing best practice and the development lifecycle with good experience of applying this knowledge in a testing capacity.
- Be competent in the use of the technical toolset (Azure DevOps).
- Have experience in testing HCM integrations with both internal applications and external 3rd party apps via OCI & OIC.
