Are you an experienced Service Designer who enjoys tackling complex challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and designing services that deliver meaningful outcomes? We're looking for a Senior Service Designer to join a growing digital consultancy and play a key role in shaping and improving end-to-end services across a range of transformation programmes.

The Role

  • Lead the design and evolution of end-to-end services
  • Create service blueprints, service maps and value propositions
  • Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders around shared goals
  • Champion user-centred design principles
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary Agile teams
  • Simplify complex processes and communicate them through clear visual artefacts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and service owners

About You

  • Strong Service Design experience across complex environments
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Experience working alongside Product Owners and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Public Sector experience is desirable
  • GDS experience is beneficial but not essential
