Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Associate, who will play a crucial role in their mission to drive forward sustainable and equitable growth. You will support the investment team in providing financial, commercial and impact analysis and deal execution support.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and interpreting financial and commercial valuation models to guide decisions for potential investments.
- Undertaking desktop research.
- Scoping and assessing independent due diligence on investment opportunities, drafting and contributing to investment committee papers.
- Providing consistent deal execution support for the end-to-end investment process.
- Balancing multiple time-critical deals in a complex environment, working as part of a supportive and skilled team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant work experience in a financial, commercial or industrial environment would be beneficial.
- Degree qualified in Business, Finance or related fields; professional qualification (CA, CFA or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Equally, practical experience gained in an M&A or transactional related banking, investment or corporate role would also be highly regarded for those without a degree.
- Enjoy working flexibly to client and transaction-driven deadlines in a diverse, solutions-driven team environment.
