Hybrid to Edinburgh (3 days a week)

Candidates must have a Basic Disclosure.

Our client requires a contractor with experience of delivering reward change projects and ER case management in a complex, ideally regulated, environment.

  • Reward
    • Lead and support the implementation phase of our clients Reward Strategy/Benefits Review, ensuring a smooth transition from design to delivery.
    • Leading/supporting reward, employee relations and employee engagement aspects of the project.
    • Translate recommendations into clear, actionable implementation plans, timelines, and communications.
    • Work closely with fellow colleagues to ensure alignment and the effective rollout of new reward/benefit structures, policies, and frameworks.
    • Support the development and delivery of internal communications and people manager guidance related to reward/benefit changes.
    • Support positive employee engagement throughout the change process.
  • Employee Relations
    • Full end to end case management of complex cases.
    • Policy reviews and updates.
    • Create a suite of template letters and checklists for employee relations.
    • Coach and upskill people managers to effectively handle ER matters.
