Harvey Nash's Client have a requirement for a Dynamics Developer, who will help to guide our best practice approach to Dynamics 365 Development and related activities. This person should be self‑motivated, creative and proactive and possesses an ability to work in a fast‑paced and varied environment.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows to align with specific workflow requirements.
- Develop and maintain web resources, plugins, and client‑side scripts to extend system functionality.
- Design and implement custom backend logic using C# and .NET.
- Write JavaScript for client‑side validations and enhanced UI interactivity.
- Develop web‑based solutions using HTML and ASP.NET.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and third‑party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and XML.
- Manage data migration and integrity using SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Leverage Azure services to support cloud‑based extensions and logic.
- Implement Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate tasks and enhance capabilities.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot features to bring AI‑driven efficiencies to the platform.
- Create comprehensive technical specifications and analysis documents.
- Execute unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality, bug‑free deployments.
- Participate in Agile delivery workflows and manage deployments using DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proficient in customizing, deploying, and integrating Dynamics 365 products to meet specific business requirements.
- Experienced in building and configuring components such as forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, web resources, and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and JavaScript for custom development and enhancing system functionality.

- Knowledgeable in HTML and ASP.NET for developing web‑based solutions.
- Familiar with the Dynamics 365 SDK for creating and extending applications within the platform.
- Possesses L200 level expertise in Azure to support cloud‑based Dynamics 365 solutions.
