Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (Midweight) | £50,000-£60,000+ (Senior)

We're looking for talented Digital Designers to join a growing creative agency team. Whether you're an established Midweight Designer looking for the next step in your career or a Senior Designer ready to progress towards Design Director level, this is an opportunity to work on exciting digital projects within a collaborative and creative environment.

The Role

You'll play a key role in designing engaging digital experiences across websites, eCommerce platforms and digital products. We're looking for designers who are equally comfortable working across both UX and UI, from research, user journeys and wireframing through to polished visual design and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers and stakeholders
  • Present ideas and design concepts effectively
  • Maintain high standards of design quality and usability
  • Support and mentor junior designers (Senior level)

What We're Looking For

Midweight Designer

  • 2+ years' commercial digital design experience
  • Strong UX and UI skills
  • Experience working within an agency or fast-paced digital team
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ambition to progress into a Senior role

Senior Designer

  • 5+ years' digital design experience
  • Experience leading projects from concept to delivery
  • Previous mentoring or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Desire to progress towards Design Director level

Desirable Experience

  • Agency background
  • Enterprise eCommerce projects
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AEM or other CMS platforms
  • Accessibility and user-centred design best practices
