We're currently supporting a large organisation undergoing significant digital change and are looking to engage an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of modern, user‑centred solutions. This role will sit at the heart of an Agile delivery environment, working closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to help digitise and streamline a number of previously manual processes.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping requirements and ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into workable, value‑driven solutions. You'll act as the bridge between non‑technical stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and momentum throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working within agile delivery teams, supporting sprint planning, refinement and ceremonies
  • Engaging with non‑technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements
  • Translating complex processes into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitating workshops and discussions to challenge, validate and prioritise requirements
  • Ensuring outcomes remain user‑focused and aligned to business objectives

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst operating in an Agile environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with non‑technical stakeholders
