Harvey Nash's Client require a contract CRM Consultant to work 1-2 days per month, to assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as a new organisation wide CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Dynamics CRM implementation on a part-time basis.

Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience of implementations with not-for-profit organisations.
  • Experience of implementing Click Marketing Automation.
  • Experience in implementation and best practice of PowerBI reports.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems such as Gateway Galaxy.
  • Experience of integrating Microsoft Dynamics with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communicator. Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organisation and adjust your approach to fit the requirements of your audience.
  • Ability to hit the ground running, a self-starter.
  • Ability to develop people by supporting colleagues and team members to develop their skills.

This role has been deemed Outside IR35 by the client. Applicants must hold, or be happy to apply for, a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland.
