This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been on the tools and wants to combine their technical expertise, industry relationships and commercial skills in a management-level role.

We're looking for someone who combines hands-on installation experience with technical sales and business development.

  • Strong background in Solar PV/Battery Storage/Renewable Energy installations
  • Previous hands-on/on-the-tools installation experience
  • Experience selling installation services/projects
  • Strong technical understanding of customer installations
  • Existing network of installers, contractors, developers, EPCs or customers
  • Proven ability to generate new business through industry contacts and relationships
  • Experience managing customers, installers and the end-to-end installation journey
  • MCS experience/qualification would be highly valuable
  • Commercially minded and confident building new relationships

The role will involve:

  • Managing the customer journey from sign-up through installation and aftercare
  • Improving the end-to-end installation process
  • Developing new business through your existing industry network
  • Working closely with customers, installers and internal teams
  • Supporting MCS accreditation requirements
