Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Technical Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the CX1 CCaaS platform in a complex enterprise environment. This role offers hybrid working from an office in Reading, with additional offices in Scotland and Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have:
