Change Manager – (Fluent German Language Skills needed)

We are currently working with a market leading, global business currently undertaking a period of significant transformation.

The change manager we are seeking for this role will be responsible for post acquisition business integration. You will be responsible for managing people change, and the adoption of systems change whilst ensuring minimal disruption to the business through this period of change.

In terms of experience. Fluent German language skills are essential as is a cultural understanding of working on such European wide programmes. You will be a highly experienced and capable change manager with prior experience of working on similar business integration/merger projects.

You will need to be commutable to central London for part of the week. This role will be inside of IR35, pay rate in the region of £700 / £750 per day.
