Senior Business Change Roles – £650-£750/day – Public Sector Transformation
Location: Brighton (Hybrid – ~2 days onsite/week)
Start Date: 13th October 2025 – Non-Negotiable
Day Rate: £650-£750/day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months (Strong possibility of extension)
I\’m currently looking for two experienced Business Change professionals to join a major public sector transformation programme – one at Senior Strategic level, and one at Lead level.
If you\’re confident operating at pace in complex environments, can drive real behavioural and cultural change, and know how to embed value through large-scale transformation – these are roles where your skills will be both recognised and essential
Expect to:
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and steer high-impact change strategies
- Translate big transformation goals into clear, actionable steps for teams
- Build engagement plans that stick – from the ground up, not top-down
- Coach stakeholders to adopt new ways of working, mindsets, and behaviours
- Lead workshops, design sessions, and interventions that unlock barriers
- Align change efforts to value realisation, benefits tracking, and measurable success
- Contribute to a strong internal change capability – sharing knowledge as you go
You should have:
- Proven experience delivering strategic business change in complex orgs (public sector, finance, regulatory, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of Prosci, Agile, Kotter or similar frameworks – but not wedded to any one method
- Confidence working with ambiguity – balancing strategic intent with operational reality
- Excellent stakeholder management – including with execs and across directorates
- Experience driving cultural, behavioural, and process-led change
- Comfort with tech and systems change (especially business readiness and adoption)
- A coaching mindset and ability to lift capability across a wider team
