A leading global financial institution is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale change initiatives across their Futures and OTC Clearing technology landscape. This role plays a key part in enhancing next-generation clearing platforms and requires strong domain knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex global projects across the clearing technology ecosystem.
- Analyse business processes, define requirements, and drive implementation of new functionality.
- Provide subject-matter expertise across development and implementation phases.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business and technology groups.
- Document solutions, manage testing, and ensure system readiness.
- Assess risks, support compliance, and maintain transparent reporting on issues.
Essential Experience
- 15+ years' experience within Futures and OTC Clearing.
- Strong background in ETD trade processing, lifecycle workflows, fees, and brokerage.
- Hands-on experience with FIA systems, FIS GMI, and ION XTP.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Python, and knowledge of SQL.
- Experienced in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery.
- Proven stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
