Lancaster University is delivering a major Curriculum Transformation Programme to reshape how education is designed, delivered and managed across the institution.
We are seeking a confident and driven Business Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract until 31st October 2026 to support the IT workstream of this transformative initiative. This high-profile role involves working across academic and professional services to analyse complex processes, gather requirements, and help shape future-focused digital solutions.
You will need to be adaptive, deadline-driven, and comfortable challenging existing practices to deliver meaningful change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The role is primarily based on the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options to support a positive work-life balance. We would expect a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
For Internal University staff a secondment opportunity may be considered for this role, please ensure you have agreement from your current line manager before you apply for the opportunity.
