We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to support a well-established charity based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that positively impacts the local community.
The organisation has recently deliver two business critical systems and you will be required to deliver benefits realisation to support the success of their recent major Programme.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving operational improvements and supporting strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Benefits Realisation – identifying, tracking and reporting on the measurable outcomes of the programme.
- Process Mapping – engaging with stakeholders to document, analyse and optimise business processes.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that improvements are both practical and aligned with the Programme of work.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis, particularly in benefits realisation and process mapping.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Must be based locally to Newcastle, with availability to attend the office 1-2 times per week.
