Blackpool (Hybrid working) Up to ÂŁ500 p/d Current Security Check (SC) clearance is essential for this role. We are seeking an experienced delivery professional to support the Counter Fraud, Compliance & Debt (CFCD) work programme, focusing on defining and validating complex technical and business requirements. You will work with business teams to shape requirements from the ground up, often starting with minimal information. This includes progressing informationâsource access needs, evaluating solution design options, managing complex network engagements, and handling bespoke hardware requests.
The role involves significant collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Architecture, Security, Networks, Commercial, Finance, Digital Workplace/Tech Services, Other Government Departments, Law Enforcement Agencies, and external providers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver multiple complex requirements and projects at pace, motivating internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes.
- Apply a range of project management tools and techniques, selecting the most appropriate approach for each situation.
- Identify risks and blockers early, and remove or escalate them quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrate creative and effective planning - both within the team and across partner teams - to optimise speed, value and quality.
- Resolve issues efficiently, identify recurring themes, and support continuous learning and improvement.
- Bring experience in procurement, commercial processes and supplier management.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, managing complexity and change with confidence and resilience.
