We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer to provide onsite audiovisual support services within a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering daily on-site AV support, assisting production and operational teams, and ensuring all audiovisual equipment and services are functioning effectively throughout agreed working hours. You will support the set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and first-line maintenance of AV systems, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery across the site.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Provide daily onsite AV support during agreed working hours
- Set-up, basic operation, and first-line support of AV equipment
- Break-Fix experience
- Fault finding and basic issue resolution across AV systems and services
- Provide general technical support relating to day-to-day AV service requirements
- Liaise with onsite production and operational teams where required
- Experience supporting live production, corporate, broadcast, or event environments
- Strong understanding of AV equipment, signal flow, and basic troubleshooting techniques
